Purpose: TBD
Description: Lake Frome is a dry salt lake consisting of a flat surface, an extremely bright salt crust, less bright crust variants, and the dark clay soils of the islands. Spatially homogeneous areas range from 2 km x 2 km to 10 km x 10 km in size. The specified coordinates are centred on the area (roughly 2 km x 2 km) used for Hyperion calibration, whereas the 10 km x 10 km area is to the north. May be prone to saturation at high sun.
Google Earth: Looks very homogeneous across the site, but the imagery may be saturated such that details cannot be discerned.
Support Data: TBD
